Grassroots Momentum conference @ Conway Hall | England | United Kingdom
Any member of Momentum can attend and take part, but only delegates from local groups can vote – each group may send two delegates per 100 members or part thereof.

As local groups and regions have never been given any funding, we will have to ask for a minimum donation per person of £3.

A crèche will be available, so please feel free to bring your young ones. Please tell us when you RSVP (by 4 March) if you need the crèche facilities.

Building The Grassroots
will cover how we can best support Jeremy and how we organise campaigning.

Democratising the Labour Movement will cover how we can get involved in selecting left-wing candidates, how we can support each other when running for elected positions in the Labour Party and how we can work with other established left-wing groups.

Where Next for the Grassroots? will cover how grassroots groups and individuals should continue to work together over the coming months.

Focus On Liberation Groups

Liberation groups are a big part of the focus of our conference. There will be breakout events for the BAME, LGBT and Disabled groups over lunch.

We really want to help build functioning liberation groups from the ground up for the first time in Momentum. Equality can happen in our movement but the grassroots need to lead this, so if you’re a member of one of these groups, please register today so we can make it happen.

We will also be looking for volunteers during the conference who are willing to help organise a Women’s Grassroots Momentum event later in the year.
