clip_image002We hope to be making available on this site some important texts from the Fourth International in Britain.

The 1972 International Marxist Group pamphlet Ireland Unfree was written as an introduction to Irish history and the revolutionary Marxist approach to the relationship between Britain and Ireland.

    I’ve still got it somewhere.
    When I met the author some years ago, he repudiated his past.
    I believe he’s in the SNP now.
    What happened?

    He has repudiated his past and is apparently now active in the Church of Scotland but the book is still a useful document.
